Pamela Fletcher, Administrator - Ms. Fletcher is the Administrator at Glendale MRI Institute in charge of operations, business development and marketing. Her dream of creating a team of health-care providers who consistently provide positive patient experiences has been realized here at Glendale MRI. This team distinguishes Glendale MRI Institute as one of the best in its field. 

Hereta Cervantes, Office Manager - Ms.Cervantes came to Glendale MRI Institute in 2004 with extensive customer service experience. These skills have been invaluable in developing the postive customer service for which Glendale MRI is known. Her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly and her warm and friendly spirit keeps everyone smiling.

Narine Patatanyan, Patient Services Representative – Narine has been with Glendale MRI Institute for over three years and is an essential part of our front office staff.  Her compassion and care make patients feel good about their imaging experience. One patient commented, “Narine is a very helpful and respectful person. She knows how to be nice to people. I feel her love.” Narine is also an active member of the Armenian community.

Jackie Morales, Patient Services Representative - Jackie has worked at GMRI since 2007.  She greets patients upon check in, schedules appointments and coordinates scheduling with referring physician offices. Her goal is to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the patient’s appointment.  Her cheery voice and demeanor are appreciated by all.

Linda Kirakosyan, Patient Services Representative – Linda greets patients upon check in with a manner that is as delightful as you could find anywhere. She is efficient and helpful as assists patients and physician offices.  She is also a member of the Armenian community and helpful with translation daily.  We are fortunate to have her on our team.

Norma Bermudez, Insurance Specialist - Ms. Bermudez is the expert you talk to when you need the intricacies of your insurance coverage explained or assistance in getting the authorization required to perform a scan.  She is positive and helpful, always following through with her commitments.

Uber Camberos, MRI Technologist – Uber has been with GMRI since 2006  He makes patients feel at ease under his care, especially claustrophobic patients who experience anxiety going through the scanner. Uber receives many compliments from patients who are delighted to receive care from such a gentle, compassionate technologist.

Francisco Salazar, MRI Technologist - Francisco is a diligent and delightful MRI technologist who is dedicated to providing accurate scans and making the visit pleasant for each patient. He has a special “touch” in producing clear scans on our low-field magnet, which enables a more accurate diagnosis for patients whose only option is “open” MRI.

Freddy Lai, Chief PET/CT and Diagnostic CT Technologist CRT, ARRT (R) (N) (CT) (MRI) – Freddy is a rare find, not only does he have over 15 years of MRI and Diagnostic CT experience, but for the past 10 years his focus has been in the intricacies of PET/CT. Extremely competent and knowledgeable, he has truly become an expert of this advanced technology. Patients feel at ease under his care. One patient noted, “Freddy is so caring and genuinely so wonderful, showing so much empathy. You are the reason I come here to take my scans.”

Paul La Barbera, RT, CDT - Paul joined us having spent several years at an osteoporosis clinical research center. He is a licensed x-ray technician and a certified DXA technologist. Paul brings a calm, friendly atmosphere to our Bone Density suite and is always ready and willing to help wherever he is needed.

Maria Franquez, Billing Office Supervisor - Maria is very experienced in medical billing and coding.  She has been with Glendale MRI for over sixteen years.  Before that she worked in the billing department of a cardiology group for four years.  She was recently promoted to supervisor when the billing operations were moved into the imaging center on South Central Avenue.

Lorie Vasquez, Billing Office – Lorie has been with Glendale MRI Institute for over 13 years and  her calm, cheerful demeanor is a delight to all.  Her knowledge of insurance and billing procedures makes everything run smoothly.  She is available to answer your billing questions and help you through the sometimes challenging task of working with your insurance company.
